Cash on Delivery Availability

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected products and serviceable pin codes across India. COD availability will be displayed during the checkout process. Quilts and any personalised orders will have to be paid upfront and cannot be shipped on COD.

Order Confirmation

• For COD orders, our team may contact you via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to verify the order before dispatch. Failure to confirm the order may result in cancellation. If the phone number is not provided at the time of checkout, we will not be able to ship the order.

COD Charges

• Additional COD handling charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Order Refusal

• Customers are requested to accept orders once placed. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction or suspension of COD service for future purchases.

Delivery and Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the payment.

Returns and Refunds

• Refunds for COD orders will not be provided in cash. Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, original payment method (if applicable), or store credit as per our Refund Policy.

Right to Cancel

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any COD order at our sole discretion based on factors such as order value, delivery location, product availability, or previous order history.
